Job Summary ProPlank Flooring is seeking experienced, reliable hard surface flooring installers to help us fill open days with quality installs across Northeast Ohio. If you're a true pro looking to stay busy, we've got the work. Responsibilities Install laminate, LVP/vinyl plank, glue-down vinyl (residential & commercial) Install hardwood flooring Install baseboards and shoe molding Handle full subfloor prep, layout, transitions, and finish work Communicate professionally with customers and manage jobsite independently Qualifications 5+ years of flooring installation experience Reliable vehicle and professional tool set General liability insurance Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and respectfully on client sites Trim/finish carpentry experience a plus
