We are committed to providing exceptional service through our dedicated team of design consultants, showroom staff, and professional installers. Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Covering Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, installing, and servicing a variety of window treatments to ensure customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help transform spaces and enhance our clients' homes and businesses with high-quality window coverings. Duties Measure windows precisely to determine the correct size and fit for window coverings Install a wide range of window treatments including blinds, shades, shutters, and draperies using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure accurate setup Use construction management skills to coordinate with project timelines and client expectations Perform quality inspections to guarantee proper functioning and aesthetic appeal of installed products Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on-site Communicate effectively with clients to explain installation procedures and address any questions or concerns Skills Prefferred Experience with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation as needed for installation tasks Knowledge of construction site safety standards and inspection procedures Familiarity with construction estimating, project management, and construction management principles Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments including residential and commercial sites Skills in fabrication, carpentry (including trim carpentry), caulking, plastering, drywall finishing, and framing are advantageous Experience with glass installation, fixture installation, restoration work, tile laying, flooring installation, masonry or roofing is a plus Join us to bring style and functionality into every space!
