We specialize in windows, doors, siding, and bathroom remodeling; delivering award-winning craftsmanship and top-rated customer satisfaction. Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sub-Contractor Lead Bath Installer to join our growing team. This role involves managing and executing full bathroom remodels from start to finish. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, leads efficiently on-site, and delivers an excellent customer experience on every project. Key Responsibilities Install acrylic bath and shower systems, surrounds, and fixtures Complete full bathroom remodels including demo, framing, light plumbing, flooring, and trim Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site Communicate clearly with homeowners and internal team members Ensure all work meets building codes and company quality standards Weekends off Qualifications 3+ years of experience in bathroom remodeling Proficient with acrylic bath systems and full remodel execution Strong leadership, organization, and time-management skills Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check
Compensation & Benefits Pay:
