Full Job Description Job Description:
As a Window Installer, you'll be assisting a lead installer in the installation of residential replacement windows and doors in customers' homes using proven methods, quality materials, and clear processes. Key Responsibilities Assist in the replacement windows and doors to company and manufacturer standards Arrive at warehouse by 7:30 AM to load materials for the day Clean up job site debris, showing the highest standards of cleanliness for our customers' homes Communicate professionally with homeowners on basic operation and care Identify issues and communicate them clearly to your lead or office What We're Looking For 1+ years of window installation or construction experience ideal Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship Ability to work efficiently and with a team Comfortable using common hand and power tools Reliable, punctual, and professional in customers' homes Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Physical Requirements Ability to lift 75+ lbs Comfortable working on ladders and in varying weather Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift throughout the workday Why This Role Works Consistent, steady installation work Clear expectations and install standards Opportunity to grow into advanced installs Be part of a company known for quality, not shortcuts
