to join our amazing Operations team in Round Rock!!! This is an excellent career opportunity for a dedicated superstar to be part of our winning team. Territories include Austin proper, Temple proper, and our customers that live about an hour in either direction.

Responsibilities include:

• Upon arrival to customer's home, review projected installation with customer and address questions and issues
• Manage project and install all sold products and services
• Manage customer expectations during the installation process
• Communicating and understanding the language and terminology of bathroom remodeling
• Achieve company objectives in installed revenue
• Keep records of the job in the corresponding project folders
• Attend regular monthly installer meetings and training sessions
• Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures The ideal candidate will be/have:

YEARS BATHROOM INSTALLATION EXPERIENCE

• Experience in residential construction
• Basic plumbing experience
• Tile experience (preferred)
• Attentive to detail, highly organized and possess a strong work ethic and ethics
• Self-motivated with a high urgency to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work under time deadlines while continuously maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
• Able to perform standard accepted practices, work independently, and carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given and prescribed routines
• Able to lift, reach, bend, stoop and safely lift and easily maneuver items weighing up to 75 pounds frequently (Background check required; Valid DL/insurance and dependable transportation required) We provide company trailer, selected tools, and a weekly auto allowance.
