Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour/project as a 1099 Independent Contractor not a W-2 Employee Performance-based project completion bonuses available Hours determined by project scope and timing/flexible hours

Requirements:

Reliability, punctuality, and an eagerness to learn the Custom Closet installation trade. Familiarity with a variety of tools and equipment used in closet installations a plus Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and perform physical tasks as needed

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Vocational or technical training in carpentry or a related field preferred Experience with custom carpentry and cabinetry a plus

Responsibilities:

Install custom closet systems in clients' homes or businesses according to design specifications Driving Van to/from Installation sites, assisting with loading materials. Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the installation process Maintain a safe and organized work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects Follow company policies and procedures related to installation and customer service We offer competitive compensation, opportunities for advancement, and a supportive team environment.
