Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and remodeling, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various tools. As a Window Installer, you will be responsible for the installation of windows in residential and commercial properties, ensuring quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties Install windows according to specifications and building codes. Read and interpret blueprints to determine installation requirements. Assemble window units and prepare them for installation. Perform door hanging and cabinet installation as needed. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for installation tasks. Build and frame openings for new windows or replace existing ones. Conduct drywall work as necessary during the installation process. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the installation process. Experience Proven experience in window installation or related construction fields is preferred. Familiarity with blueprint reading and construction estimating is advantageous. Hands-on experience with remodeling projects, including drywall work, is a plus. Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
