This energetic role offers hands-on experience in the installation of blinds, shades, drapes, and custom window treatments, supporting our skilled installers to deliver exceptional results. No prior experience is necessary—just a positive attitude and a willingness to grow. Professional client appearance and interactions a must. Duties Assist lead installers with unpacking, organizing and preparing window treatment materials according to project specifications. Support the installation process by handling hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently. Help with the setup and operation of scaffolding, ladders, and heavy equipment as needed on construction sites. Read and interpret the installation specification sheets. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after each job. Carry, unpack and organize the window treatments. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot installation issues and ensure timely completion of projects. Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of installation to prevent accidents or injuries. Requirements Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction site safety practices. Ability to read basic installation materials. Strong physical stamina to lift heavy materials and work at various heights using ladders or scaffolding. Excellent attention to detail for accurate measurements and precise installation work. Prior experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
