What This Job Really Is Installing residential and commercial glass Working independently in the field Representing our company directly with customers Managing your schedule and staying in communication throughout the day This is not a "punch the clock and disappear" job. This is a professional role that requires accountability. What We Expect Show up on time, every day Stay in communication with the office throughout the day Follow the schedule and adapt when needed Take pride in clean, accurate installs Be aware of your next job — don't wait to be told Treat customers professionally at all times If you go off schedule without communication, this is not the right place for you. If you don't check your phone or respond to dispatch, this will not work.
