Job Description

Job Overview Join our team in Austin as a Glass Installer and become a vital part of transforming spaces with precision and craftsmanship! In this role, you will assist the lead installer in installing glass in a variety of settings, including commercial, residential, and specialty projects. Key installations include frameless shower doors, sliding shower doors, windows, glass units, mirrors, etc. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with skilled professionals where you can learn a new industry and skill set that directly contribute to beautiful, functional results. Duties Install glass panels, windows, mirrors, shower enclosures, and storefront glass with precision and attention to detail. Perform caulking, silicone sealant work, and hardware installation. Handle heavy lifting safely on home remodeling projects. Conduct site assessments to ensure proper fit and finish. Requirements Proven experience in glass installation or related construction fields such as carpentry or remodeling. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., chisels, screwdrivers), power tools (e.g., drills, saws), and fabrication equipment. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physically fit to work on ladders or scaffolding at heights. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site; handyman experience is a plus. Ability to follow instructions and provide excellent and respectful customer service.
