Lamination and Paint Department Qualifications:

• Ability to lift, carry, twist, walk, and reach constantly, and bend frequently
• Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. on a repeated basis
• Ability to work in varied temperatures. The work environment can often be hot for the entire day.
• Able to wear all required safety equipment & adhere to safety guidelines
• Glass fabrication experience a plus
• Manufacturing experience a plus

Knowledge and Skills:

Utilize a tape measure to ensure product is within specifications Ability to read, write, and speak English to communicate paperwork and labels Ability to read and interpret basic mathematical measurements (addition subtraction & fractions) Available for over-time

Punctual Attendance Essential Duties:

• Load and unload glass from, tables, rolling racks, delivery trucks, or wood crates for eight or more hours, daily.
• Transport glass from one position/location in the plant to another.
• Quality inspection, operating equipment, and/or manually maneuvering equipment
• Understand layout of the facility to ensure proper product flow
• Inspect product for any abnormalities and notify supervisor immediately of any issues
• Ability to safely perform tasks, and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
