Window Treatment installer

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Treatment Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally installing a variety of window coverings, including draperies, shades, and top treatments. Your expertise will ensure each installation is precise, safe, and enhances the aesthetic appeal of our clients' spaces. Duties Measure window openings accurately to determine the correct treatment sizes and specifications Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and installation instructions to ensure precise placement Install various window treatments using hand tools and power tools while adhering to safety standards Ensure all fixtures are securely mounted and aligned for optimal functionality and appearance Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris, and protecting surrounding areas during installations Conduct inspections post-installation to verify quality standards and resolve any issues promptly Skills Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction management principles Experience with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and fabrication techniques Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, and safety protocols on construction sites Familiarity with related trades such as carpentry, drywall finishing, caulking, glazing, and fixture installation Ability to perform detailed measurements using tape measures or laser devices Strong understanding of construction materials including glass installation, trim carpentry, stucco, masonry, roofing, flooring installation, tile laying, and restoration work Skilled in working with schematics for electrical or plumbing components when necessary for integrated treatments Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly during installations or troubleshooting tasks Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced environment!
