Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for expertly installing window tinting on a variety of vehicles, ensuring high-quality finishes and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute to enhancing vehicle aesthetics, privacy, and UV protection while maintaining safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity for experienced automotive professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional results. Responsibilities Perform precise installation of window tinting on a wide range of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs, adhering to industry best practices and safety protocols Prepare vehicle surfaces by cleaning and masking areas to ensure flawless application of tint films Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to cut, shape, and install tint materials with attention to detail Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any existing damage or issues related to glass, auto body, or mechanical components prior to tinting Assist with auto glass replacement, auto body repairs, and other vehicle maintenance tasks as needed Apply knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems) to ensure tinting does not interfere with sensor functionality when required Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained Skills Proven experience in automotive service environments with a focus on window tinting (vehical and residential) Familiarity with ADAS systems and their interaction with window tinting requirements Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and auto estimating software for accurate job completion Ability to lift heavy vehicle parts safely and perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting regularly Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and provide exceptional customer service Join our team as a Senior Window Tint Installer where your expertise will drive quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
