In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tinting films to vehicles, ensuring a high-quality finish that enhances vehicle aesthetics and provides UV protection. Your expertise will contribute to customer satisfaction by delivering precise, durable, and visually appealing results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in automotive customization and repair while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Prepare vehicle windows by cleaning and removing existing tint or debris to ensure optimal adhesion of new film Measure and cut window tinting films accurately to fit various vehicle makes and models Apply window tint film using specialized tools, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes without wrinkles or creases Use hand tools and power tools safely during installation processes, adhering to all safety protocols Inspect finished work for quality control, making adjustments as needed for perfect alignment and appearance Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper disposal of waste materials and used films Assist with other automotive glass or body repair tasks as needed, leveraging mechanical knowledge and auto repair experience Experience Prior dealership experience or work within automotive service centers is highly preferred Familiarity with automotive glass installation, auto body repair, or auto estimating is a plus Hands-on experience with fitting glass installation and automotive glass repair techniques Knowledge of ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) integration related to window tinting is advantageous Mechanical aptitude with experience using hand tools, power tools, and performing vehicle maintenance tasks Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly Strong understanding of auto repair processes, including auto body detailing and automotive glass handling Previous experience with auto estimating software or heavy lifting equipment is beneficial Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering top-tier automotive customization!
