The ideal candidate will have some experience in construction environments and possess an understanding of glass installation techniques. A great opportunity for someone age 17 - 25 who wants to learn and master being a part of the residential and commercial glass trade. This is a family owned glass business with almost 50 yrs in the DFW area. We specialize in shower enclosures, window glass and/or frame installations, custom mirrors, commercial storefronts, and all kinds of custom flat glass installations. We will guarantee a minimum of 30 hours a week with the possibility of working 40+ hours per week. Responsibilities Install glass in residential and commercial buildings according to specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble glass materials. Perform caulking and sealing tasks to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing. Conduct thorough inspections of installed glass for quality assurance. Maintain a clean and safe work environment on construction sites. Requirements Some experience in a construction site environment, preferably with glass installation or related fields. Clean driving record and reliable source of transportation. No personal tools required, on-the-job transportation and tools will be provided. Strong attention to detail with an emphasis on safety practices.
