Position Summary As a Junior Appliance Installer, you will assist with the installation, set up, and testing of residential and commercial appliances. Working under the supervision of a Senior/Lead Installer, you will help deliver appliances to customer locations, support the installation process, confirm appliances are functioning properly, and provide a professional customer experience. Experience is preferred but not required, training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Assist with appliance delivery and support the installation, setup, and testing process. Help prepare installation areas and protect customer property before moving appliances. Safely move, position, and uncrate appliances using proper equipment and handling practices. Assist the Senior/Lead Installer with installation tasks and basic troubleshooting. Verify appliances are operating correctly after installation. Communicate professionally with customers and provide excellent service at the job site. Maintain a clean work area and assist with removing packaging and debris. Follow safety procedures and job site requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Prior experience in appliance installation, delivery, construction, or a related field is a plus but not required. Strong customer service mindset and professional communication skills. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to safely lift and move heavy items using proper equipment/assistance. Basic troubleshooting/problem-solving skills and willingness to learn. Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements (if driving is required). Work Environment & Physical Demands Work performed in residential and commercial jobsite environments. Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling. Regular handling of large/heavy appliances; ability to lift and maneuver appliances up to 100 pounds using proper equipment and/or team lifting as required.
