Installation Specialist for Commercial Window Solutions

Position Overview We're looking for a motivated Installer with knowledge or experience in window coverings. This role involves on-site installation of commercial draperies and shades—often in active construction zones. Prior construction or carpentry experience is a plus, and industry-specific training will be provided. •

•Key Responsibilities Install draperies, roller shades, and other window treatments in commercial buildings Navigate active construction sites and coordinate installation tasks accordingly Use hand tools and power tools effectively and safely Travel across the country for installation projects Maintain a professional attitude with clients and team members Manage time efficiently and take ownership of your work Follow safety protocols and company policies on all job sites Required Qualifications Valid driver's license (required) Willing and able to travel (up to 50%) Ability to pass a drug & background test Must not smoke or vape in vehicles, job sites, or around fabric products Comfortable lifting ≥50 lbs and working on ladders or stairs Must own a working drill (other tools may be provided as needed) Construction or Handyman experience is a plus but not required

What We Offer Pay Range:

$17.00 to $25.00/hour, based on experience
