Entry-Level Glass Installer

Roxie Glass is hiring an entry-level Glass Installer (Glazier) to assist with commercial and residential glass projects throughout the greater Seattle area. We are looking for someone reliable, hard-working, and safety-focused who wants steady work and the opportunity to learn a skilled trade with long-term growth potential. No glass experience required. Construction or power tool experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right person from the ground up.

Responsibilities:

Learn proper glass handling and glazing techniques from senior installers Assist with residential and commercial glass installations including storefront systems, windows, mirrors, shower enclosures, and more Read and follow basic work orders, drawings, and installation instructions Maintain a professional attitude on customer and construction job sites Communicate effectively with lead installers and project managers Apply caulking, gaskets, and sealants as needed Safely transport and handle glass materials Use hand and power tools on job sites Maintain clean and organized work areas Follow all company safety procedures

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older Basic math skills Valid driver's license Reliable and punctual Able to lift 75+ lbs independently Comfortable working indoors and outdoors Full-time availability (Monday-Friday) Authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship Preferred but

Not Required:

Construction experience Carpentry or trade experience Experience using tools or working on job sites If you are motivated, dependable, and interested in learning a hands-on trade, we are happy to train.
