We are looking for an experienced Residential / Commercial Glass Installer who can operate independently, stay productive without supervision, communicate clearly, and consistently complete jobs efficiently and professionally. This is not an entry-level position, and this is not the right fit for someone who needs constant direction, makes excuses, or struggles with organization and time management. What We Need We need someone who: Shows up every day, on time, ready to work Works efficiently and keeps jobs moving forward Understands how to manage their own workflow without babysitting Communicates proactively when materials, support, or scheduling adjustments are needed Pays extremely close attention to detail Takes pride in getting jobs done correctly the first time Understands that organization, efficiency, and cleanliness matter Can move from one completed job to the next without wasted time or excuses We value installers who think ahead, solve problems, and understand that productivity and quality must exist together. Responsibilities Residential and commercial glass installation Measuring, cutting, fabrication, and installation Storefront, mirrors, shower doors, insulated glass units, and window systems Field measuring and material takeoffs Estimating and communicating with customers Maintaining organized vehicles, tools, and job sites Safely handling and transporting glass materials Completing jobs independently and efficiently Identifying material needs early and communicating them clearly Requirements Prior residential and commercial glass experience required Strong measuring and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational habits and attention to detail Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to lift and carry heavy materials safely Professional appearance and communication skills Consistent attendance and reliability are mandatory Preferred Experience Storefront systems Commercial door installation Shower enclosures Insulated glass replacement Estimating and job planning What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Stable year-round work Independent work environment No corporate micromanagement Opportunity to grow with a respected local company A team that values quality, efficiency, and accountability About valueGLASS valueGLASS is Kitsap County's independent, veteran-owned, award-winning glass shop specializing in residential, commercial, and auto glass services.
