Experienced Installer Opportunity
  • Automotive Protection & Appearance Volkswagen of Tacoma is seeking a PPF & Window Tint Installer with experience in automotive film installation, detailing, or related hands-on trade work.
This role focuses on precision installation, production consistency, and high-quality finish work on new and pre-owned inventory. What You'll Do Install paint protection film on high-visibility vehicle areas Install window tint to dealership and manufacturer standards Prepare vehicle surfaces for proper adhesion and finish quality Inspect and correct installation imperfections Maintain organized workflow and clean installation area Complete work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards What You'll Get $19.00

00/hour starting pay Consistent production workflow Training and skill development opportunities Path into advanced installation or flat-rate production roles Professional shop environment with modern tools What We're Looking For Prior experience in PPF, tint, vinyl wrap, or automotive detailing required or strongly preferred Strong precision and attention to detail Ability to produce consistent, high-quality installation work Comfortable working in a production environment Reliable, steady work history Important Expectations This is a production-based installation role , requiring: Focus on detail and finish quality Ability to meet daily installation targets Comfort working with hands, tools, and film materials Consistent attendance and reliability

Requirements:
PPF installation (XPEL, 3M, SunTek, or similar) Window tint installation (computer-cut systems preferred) Automotive detailing or vehicle preparation experience Dealership or high-volume shop experience Strong teamwork skills Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written. Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check Must have clean & valid driver's license To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
