Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Window Tint Installer to join our dynamic automotive team. In this role, you will be responsible for professionally applying window tint films to vehicles, enhancing both aesthetics and UV protection. Your expertise will ensure precise installation, contributing to customer satisfaction and vehicle performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive customization, vehicle maintenance, and craftsmanship to showcase their skills in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare vehicles by cleaning windows thoroughly and removing any existing tint or debris to ensure optimal adhesion. Measure and cut window tint films accurately to fit various vehicle makes and models. Apply window tint films using specialized tools, ensuring bubble-free, smooth finishes with sharp edges. Use hand tools and power tools safely to trim excess film and secure edges for a flawless appearance. Inspect completed work for quality control, making adjustments as needed to meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Assist with other vehicle detailing or minor auto body repairs as required, supporting overall shop operations. Experience Prior dealership experience or automotive service background is highly preferred. Familiarity with ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) and auto glass installation is a plus. Hands-on experience with window tinting, auto body repair, or vehicle detailing enhances your candidacy. Mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and the use of hand tools and power tools is advantageous. Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with vehicle maintenance. Experience with auto estimating or automotive repair processes is beneficial but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a commitment to quality workmanship are essential for success in this role.
