Job Description

About the Role Committed Contracting is a growing residential and commercial contracting company looking for a skilled, dependable Window Installer to join our field team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take full ownership of window and door installations across a variety of residential and commercial job sites. What You'll Do Lead the installation of windows, doors, and related fixtures from start to finish Measure, cut, and stage materials accurately per blueprints or job specifications Perform framing, metal stud framing, trim carpentry, and door hanging as needed Safely handle and position heavy materials including glass panes, frames, and structural components Apply caulking, flashing, weatherproofing, and finishing details to ensure a clean, watertight, professional result Identify and communicate any structural or site issues that may affect installation quality or timeline Keep job sites organized, safe, and clean throughout the project Guide and mentor laborers or helpers on site when applicable What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in window installation, carpentry, or a closely related construction trade Proficient with hand tools and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints or job specifications accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results Able to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet in all weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and on ladders Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively on the job site Valid driver's license preferred OSHA 10 certification a plus (not required) What You'll Get Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity to grow into a lead crew or project management role Work with a close-knit, supportive team that values craftsmanship and quality Consistent hours and a steady project pipeline How to Apply Apply directly through Indeed or call our office at 262-476-0666 and ask for Jennifer.
