Job Overview Soberg Window & Door Company is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our installation team. Whether you're an experienced window installer looking for a long-term home or someone eager to learn a trade, we offer the training, support, and opportunity to build a rewarding career. Responsibilities Install residential replacement windows and doors. Maintain high-quality workmanship and attention to detail. Communicate professionally with homeowners. Maintain a clean and safe jobsite. Load, unload, and transport materials. Work effectively as part of a team. Follow company installation standards and safety procedures. Qualifications (Experienced Candidates) Previous window, door, siding, remodeling, or construction experience preferred. Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Strong attention to detail and crafstsmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety standards. (Apprentice Candidates) No window installation experience required. Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Dependable and punctual. Construction experience is helpful but not required. Why Join Soberg?
