What You'll Do ▸ Install custom glass, curtain walls, storefronts, shower doors, interior office glass, channel, hardware, and mirrors ▸ Read and interpret blueprints, photos, and project specifications ▸ Measure, cut, and shape materials using hand tools, power tools, and saws ▸ Prep materials and stage equipment for upcoming jobs ▸ Load and unload the company vehicle and maintain a clean, organized workspace ▸ Collaborate with the team and pitch in wherever the job needs you What We're Looking For ▸ Any experience in commercial or residential construction ▸ Valid driver's license — you'll be driving a company vehicle to job sites ▸ Dependable and reliable — your crew is counting on you ▸ Weekend availability when projects call for it ▸ A self-starter who can problem-solve on the fly ▸ Strong work ethic and a positive attitude 100% Paid Medical & Dental Insurance 401(k) with Full Company Match Over 6% +Profit Sharing 2 Weeks Paid Vacation Short/Long-Term Disability +
