Insulation Installer - AL Tailored Foam, Inc. - 3.1 Leeds, AL Job Details Full-time $19 - $28 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications No experience needed Driver's License Construction Scissor lift Mechanical knowledge Full Job Description Join the Tailored Foam, Inc. team and learn to become a skilled Spray Foam Insulation, Air Barrier and Masonry Foam Insulation Installer. Previous spray foam experience is great, but we will train a motivated person who has a general construction knowledge and a strong mechanical/tool aptitude.
Responsibilities include:
  • Loading materials on and off the spray foam truck
  • Learning to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot the spray foam equipment
  • Spraying foam to the exterior walls and attics of jobs
  • Working in tight spaces
  • Working from scissor lifts or ladders
  • Interacting with Tailored Foam Field Directors, Operations Managers, and Project Managers
  • Interacting with our Customers on the jobsite to achieve a completed project
Position Requirements:
    MUST NOT HAVE ANY
    DUI's
      NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY
      • Must be 21 years or older
      • Must possess a valid driver's license
      • Willing and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
      • Able to leave on a Monday with a crew, in-state and neighboring states OVERNIGHT, and return on a Friday every week.
      We offer a benefits package which includes Health Insurance, 401K, Paid Holidays, Paid Time Off, and Short/Long Term Disability Insurance coverage. This is a Full-Time position with Overtime available
      Pay:
      $55,000-$65,000 per year.
