This position involves installing insulation on commercial job sites while following safety standards and delivering quality workmanship. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable workers with a strong work ethic. Responsibilities Measure and cut insulation materials accurately using hand tools and power tools to fit specified areas on construction sites. Install various types of insulation, including fiberglass, mineral wool, and other commercial insulation materials. Work on commercial construction and industrial job sites. Follow OSHA and company safety procedures. Load, unload, and maintain tools and materials. Work efficiently as part of a team. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and disposing of debris safely while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Qualifications Commercial construction or insulation experience preferred. Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., knives, tape measures) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) efficiently and safely. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Comfortable working at heights, lifts, and scaffolding. Ability to work in heat and varying weather conditions. Reliable transportation. Strong attendance and work ethic. Strong understanding of safety procedures relevant to construction sites and insulation work environments.
