Operations Manager / Crew Supervisor Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Insulation Installer Operator to join our team. This role involves installing various types of insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings to improve energy efficiency, temperature control, and soundproofing. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working in different environments, and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Install fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam, and other insulation materials according to project specifications. Operate insulation blowing and spray equipment safely and efficiently. Measure and prepare work areas for insulation installation. Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to job sites. Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards and compliance with building codes. Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulations. Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in clean and operational condition. Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and customers. Complete daily work reports and project documentation as required. Qualifications Required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly. Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and construction environments. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Previous experience in insulation installation, construction, or related trades. Experience operating insulation blowing or spray foam equipment. OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification. Knowledge of building codes and energy-efficiency standards. Physical Requirements Frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting. Ability to work in varying weather conditions and confined spaces. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods.
