Work Schedule :

Monday through Friday | 40 + hours per week | 5:00am or 6:00am start time depending on season

Job Duties:

Spray open-cell and closed-cell polyurethane foam insulation in residential homes according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot a Graco Reactor E-30, Fusion Air Purge Spray Gun, and spray foam rig equipment to ensure optimal performance Wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and manufacturer guidelines Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of spray foam rig parts, tools, and supplies Perform thorough jobsite cleanup and ensure customer satisfaction upon project completion Protect customers' homes and property by using floor protection materials and maintaining a clean, organized work environment Communicate with customers professionally and verify satisfaction with completed services before leaving the jobsite Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation | Phoenix AZ Locally owned and operated | Be more than just a number We are a high-quality insulation, home energy efficiency, and HVAC contractor proudly serving the greater Phoenix metropolitan area.
