Job Summary We are seeking a hardworking and dependable Insulation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and construction environments, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Responsibilities Install fiberglass, cellulose, and other insulation products Perform insulation removal and attic cleanouts Assist with air sealing and energy-efficiency upgrades Operate insulation blowing equipment and other tools safely Maintain a clean and organized job site Communicate professionally with customers and team members Follow safety procedures and company standards Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment Qualifications Construction, insulation, roofing, HVAC, or related experience preferred Ability to work in hot attic environments Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Paid training Career advancement opportunities Supportive team environment Consistent year-round work Why Join APEX?
