We are now seeking experienced Duct Installers & Insulation Technicians. This full-time position focuses on residential energy-efficiency upgrades, ductwork replacement, and thermal insulation solutions. Brower Mechanical is an authorized SMUD Contractor.
Key Responsibilities Ductwork Replacement:
Measure, cut, seal, and replace residential flex ducting and fittings in attic spaces.
Insulation Removal:
Safely extract old blown-in and batt insulation from residential attics.
Insulation Installation:
Install new insulation materials in attics, walls, and crawl spaces.
Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay:
$24.00 - $45.00 per hour (Commensurate with experience)

Comprehensive company-supported 401(k) plan. Paid Time Off (PTO): 40 hours of vacation leave and 40 hours of sick leave provided annually.
Schedule Stability:
Steady, year-round work schedule with paid overtime and Saturday work during peak summer seasons.
Minimum Requirements Experience:
Minimum 1 year of documented hands-on residential ductwork installation.
Physical Fitness:
Ability to lift heavy objects and work comfortably in hot attic environments during summer months.
Availability:
Flexible shift scheduling from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts.
Pre-Employment Screening:
Valid driver's license, clean DMV record, and successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
Legal Status:
Authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications Trade Knowledge:
Advanced understanding of utility-approved energy efficiency standards and modern insulation equipment.
