Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Insulation Installer (Experienced or Entry-Level): Assess and plan insulation installations for existing homes. Install cellulose attic insulation to improve energy efficiency and comfort. Perform attic knee wall insulation to create a more comfortable living environment. Conduct air sealing to seal gaps and cracks, enhancing energy conservation. Manage attic insulation removal, ensuring efficient and thorough removal of old insulation materials. Execute vapor barrier encapsulation to prevent moisture-related issues. Install ventilation fans to enhance air circulation and indoor air quality. Perform bath fan installations to improve bathroom ventilation. Handle attic hatch framing for accessibility.

Qualifications:
