Immediate Bonsai Building Services, LLC is seeking entry-level and experienced Commercial Mechanical Insulators to join our team. Bonsai Building Services, LLC is a commercial insulation company focused on the success of our people and our customers. Responsibilities:
Fit and install commercial insulation accurately, safely, and professionally Install metal jacketing over insulation using metalworking tools such as slip rollers, brakes, benders, and related equipment Maintain a clean and organized worksite by clearing debris and clutter throughout the project Build and break down scaffolding on worksites Assist with project documentation, including work tickets, JSAs, work permits, production reports, and QA/QC reports Communicate professionally with foremen, coworkers, customers, and other trades Follow all company processes, safety policies, and jobsite procedures Participate in and complete all required safety and job training Drive large pickups with enclosed trailers when needed Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
Must have OSHA 30 or be willing to obtain it before starting jobsite work Must have reliable transportation to and from worksites Must have effective communication skills Must be able to work respectfully and professionally with coworkers, supervisors, customers, and other trades Must be able to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, and crouch throughout the workday Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs unassisted Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Additional Helpful Qualifications:
The following qualifications are helpful but not required: Commercial insulation experience Scaffolding experience General construction experience Bilingual Safeland card MSHA card
