Job Summary Join our dynamic insulation company as an Assistant, where your enthusiasm and hands-on skills will contribute to high-quality insulation projects across various construction sites. In this role, you will support the installation, fabrication, and finishing of insulation systems while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Duties Assist with measuring, cutting, and installing insulation materials using hand tools and power tools Support the preparation of construction sites by organizing materials and ensuring safety protocols are followed Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to aid in accurate installation Help with the fabrication of insulation components and other related materials as needed Perform tasks related to plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, and masonry work under supervision Support roofing, framing, drywall finishing, and HVAC-related insulation tasks on-site Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly handling tools and disposing of waste materials Requirements Previous experience in construction site environments or related trades preferred but not required Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical instructions accurately Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of fabrication processes Knowledge of various construction disciplines such as carpentry, roofing, plastering, masonry, and HVAC systems Strong attention to safety procedures and ability to follow safety guidelines at all times Willingness to learn new skills including airless paint spraying, metal stud framing, concrete finishing, or construction painting Good physical condition with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks efficiently Join us today to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and continuous learning.
