We're hiring an Installer to complete insulation removal and installation in attics, crawlspaces, and other jobsite environments. You May Be a Great Fit If You Enjoy hands-on work and staying active Take pride in safe, clean, high-quality work Are comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces Have experience in construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related work Work well on a team and are willing to learn Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Construction, manufacturing, landscaping, or related experience preferred Ability to operate and maintain job-related equipment Strong time management and attention to detail Professional communication and customer service skills Able to lift 50 lbs frequently Comfortable working in various climates, dust, dirt, confined spaces, heights, and around jobsite materials Valid drivers license required Responsibilities Remove and install insulation according to job specifications Follow safety standards and company procedures Set up, operate, and maintain jobsite equipment Complete quality checks to ensure work meets company standards Troubleshoot field issues with support from the Crew Leader Communicate professionally with customers and team members Keep jobsites clean and organized upon completion Support and train junior team members as needed Communicate jobsite issues to the Crew Leader Why Join Our Team Join a team where you can build hands-on skills, stay active, and help customers improve the comfort and efficiency of their homes.
