In this role, you will be responsible for installing spray foam insulation efficiently and accurately across various construction sites. Your expertise will help improve energy efficiency and building performance for our clients. Duties Prepare surfaces and work areas by cleaning, masking, and setting up equipment to ensure optimal spray foam application Mix and apply spray foam insulation according to project specifications, schematics, and safety standards Operate hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other fabrication equipment with precision Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute installation plans Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance on spray systems Ensure proper sealing with caulking, trim carpentry, stucco, and other finishing techniques for a polished look Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high safety standards Skills Extensive experience with spray foam insulation installation in construction environments Proficiency in construction estimating, blueprint reading, and schematic interpretation Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and fabrication equipment Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols and OSHA regulations Knowledge of related trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, HVAC systems, drywall framing, metal stud framing, plastering, and construction painting Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting spray equipment and performing minor repairs Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately Familiarity with concrete finishing, stucco application, caulking techniques, trim carpentry, and masonry work is a plus Experience working on construction sites with diverse teams and managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us to be part of a dedicated team that values craftsmanship, safety, and innovation.
