Insulator-Plumbing

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Insulator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in insulation work, particularly with fiberglass, Arma Flex, and pipe insulation. This is a hands-on role, where you will be responsible for insulating a variety of systems to meet industry standards. The Insulator will work closely with other construction professionals in commercial setting to deliver high-quality results on time and within specifications. Duties Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, and floors according to specifications and building codes. Install fiberglass, Arma Flex, and pipe insulation according to specifications. Ensure insulation materials are applied safely and efficiently. Work with team members to ensure quality and timely project completion. Maintain tools and equipment in good working order. Follow safety guidelines and protocols at all times. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols on the construction site. Assist in the movement of materials and equipment as needed throughout the project. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as an insulator, specifically with fiberglass, Arma Flex, and pipe insulation. Knowledge of insulation materials and their proper installation techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings is a plus. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members on-site. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.

Preferred Skills:

Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred but not required). Spanish-only speakers are welcome to apply.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, carry, and handle heavy insulation materials. Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including confined spaces and heights.
