Responsibilities:

Train under the senior tech to learn company practices with the intention of leading your own crew Assist with installing blown in fiberglass insulation in attics as well as blow insulation Run insulation blower on truck by loading bags of insulation and following team lead instructions on radio Install fiberglass batt insulation in new construction, walls, ceilings, and crawlspaces Provide other miscellaneous services to facilitate the installation of insulation Ability to load truck at warehouse Adheres to jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws Collaborate with the team to ensure quality service delivery Uphold professionalism in customer interactions and on-site work Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge Contribute to creating a positive work environment

Requirements:

High school diploma/GED - required Prior experience installing fiberglass (batt & blown) insulation - desired Previous experience in home services is valued but not mandatory Drivers license Willing to submit to background check Strong work ethic and commitment to professionalism Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills

Physical:

Prolonged periods of walking, standing, stooping, climbing, kneeling, and crawling. Working environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, dust/dirt, hazardous chemicals, and heights. Must be able to lift 50 pounds frequently.
