Insulation Installer

Job Summary Join our dynamic construction team as an Insulation Installer, where you will play a vital role in enhancing building efficiency and comfort through expert insulation installation. This energetic position involves working on diverse construction sites to install various insulation materials, ensuring energy conservation and soundproofing standards are met. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and install insulation materials using hand tools and other tools across residential, commercial, and industrial projects Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sealing gaps with caulking, and ensuring proper framing for insulation placement Collaborate with carpenters, roofers, masons, and other trades to coordinate installation processes effectively Utilize fabrication techniques to customize insulation components for complex architectural features Apply finishing techniques such as trimming, sealing, or plastering to ensure a neat and professional appearance Maintain safety standards by adhering to OSHA regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment at all times Requirements

MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE.

Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on insulation installation or related trades such as carpentry or roofing Skilled in using hand tools (e.g., knives, tape measures) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) efficiently and safely Familiarity with fabrication processes for custom insulation components Experience with construction estimating is a plus for understanding project scope and material needs Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions Join us if you're passionate about contributing to energy-efficient building solutions!
