In this role, you will apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, attics, and other building areas to enhance energy efficiency and comfort. Your expertise will help create sustainable, well-insulated structures that stand the test of time. Duties Prepare surfaces and areas for spray foam application by cleaning, masking, and setting up equipment Operate spray foam equipment safely and efficiently to apply insulation with precision and consistency Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine insulation specifications Use hand tools and power tools for surface preparation, trimming excess foam, and finishing work Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation sequences and adherence to project timelines Conduct quality checks on completed insulation work, ensuring it meets industry standards and project requirements Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of waste materials properly, and following safety protocols Experience Prior experience in construction site work or insulation installation preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings is a plus Knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, plastering, stucco, masonry, HVAC systems, metal stud framing, concrete finishing, and framing carpentry enhances your versatility Hands-on experience with hand tools and power tools used in construction environments is highly desirable Mechanical knowledge related to fabrication processes or airless paint spraying techniques is advantageous Understanding of safety procedures on active job sites and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately Join us in delivering top-tier insulation solutions that improve building performance!
