HARD WORK.

This is

NOT A SERVICE TECHNICIAN JOB

. You will NOT need gauges. You will NOT need a multimeter You will NOT need a torch set. You WILL use a sawzall. You WILL use a hammer. You WILL be on roofs. You WILL get dirty. This IS RNC work ONLY. Your EPA card is of no use in this position. You will not be replacing any filters or capacitors. You will not be handling refrigerant. I can NOT stress enough. This is NOT what your trade school promised you.

THIS IS HARD HARD WORK

This is not a sit-around job. Residential New Construction HVAC is physical, uncomfortable, and demanding. You will work in the heat, in the cold, in attics, crawlspaces, basements, mechanical rooms, and outside in all weather conditions. Dont apply if you're afraid of heights. You WILL carry equipment, tools, ductwork, furnaces, condensers, line sets, ladders, and materials. You WILL be tired. This is HARD manual labor. Acknowledge that you have read this when applying. " We are looking for reliable, hard-working individuals who want to learn HVAC and are not afraid of physical work. What You'll Do Carry tools, equipment, ductwork, and materials Help install furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, vents, line sets, and accessories Work in attics, crawlspaces, basements, rooftops, and outdoor conditions Help with basic installation, teardown, cleanup, and jobsite organization Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow directions and complete tasks efficiently Support lead installers and learn the HVAC trade What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and dependability Willingness to work in outdoor and physically demanding conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Positive attitude and ability to take direction Punctual and consistent attendance Valid driver's license preferred What You'll Gain Paid, on-the-job training Opportunity to learn a skilled trade (HVAC) Clear path for advancement based on performance Full-time, steady work Additional Details Full-time position Monday through Friday with occasional overtime If you show up, work hard, and take direction, there is real opportunity here.
