WHAT YOU'LL DO
Install insulation in residential and commercial properties throughout the Owensboro area Work alongside an experienced crew that will train you and help you grow Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional jobsite Communicate clearly with your crew lead about job status and any issues Take ownership of your work — we care about quality, not just speed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Reliable — you show up on time and give us a heads up when you can't Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in tight spaces, and being on your feet all day Has a valid driver's license and dependable transportation Can pass a background check Trade or construction experience is a plus — but we will train the right person Works well with others and takes direction without attitude
