Alpha Construction | Massachusetts Position Overview B. Alpha Construction is hiring an experienced Spray Foam Crew Leader to run jobs, lead crews, and deliver high-quality installations in both residential and commercial settings. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows spray foam, can manage a crew, and handle jobs from setup to completion without constant oversight. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a spray foam crew on active job sites Perform and oversee spray foam installation to spec Prep and protect job sites (masking, covering, setup) Operate spray rigs, compressors, and related equipment Maintain production, quality, and job timelines Enforce safety standards and proper PPE use Track materials, usage, and daily progress Communicate with management on job status and issues Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on spray foam or related trade experience (required) Proven ability to lead a crew and run jobs independently Comfortable working in residential and commercial environments Strong understanding of spray equipment and application process OSHA 10 required (OSHA 30 preferred) Reliable, accountable, and takes ownership of results Valid driver's license Work Conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, basements, and tight spaces Comfortable working in heat, cold, heights, and active construction sites What We Offer Steady, year-round work Competitive pay based on experience and performance Opportunity to grow into higher-level leadership roles A company that values quality, production, and strong crews Who This Role Is For Someone who knows spray foam, leads from the front, and can step onto any job, residential or commercial, and get it done right without hesitation .
