$20.00 - $30.00 per hour (based on experience)

In person | Massachusetts job sites
Schedule:
Monday - Friday | Occasional weekends as needed

WHAT YOU'LL DO
› Install blown-in and batt insulation (fiberglass, cellulose, spray foam) in attics, walls, basements, crawl spaces, and rim joists › Perform air sealing work — identify and seal gaps, cracks, and bypasses using caulk, foam, and other materials › Operate insulation blowing machines and related equipment safely and efficiently › Read and follow work scopes from Mass Save assessments › Work confidently in confined spaces including attics and crawl spaces › Work safely on ladders and at varying heights › Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site before, during, and after installation › Represent Insulate 2 Save professionally when interacting with homeowners and program inspectors › Collaborate with your crew to complete jobs on time and to a high standard
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
› 1+ year of experience in insulation, weatherization, or a related construction trade (preferred — we'll train the right person) › Familiarity with the Mass Save Program is a strong plus › BPI Retrofit Installer Technician or Air Leakage Control Installer (ALCI) certification is a bonus › Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in tight spaces, and perform repetitive tasks › Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality work › Valid driver's license and dependable transportation › Team player with a positive, safety-first attitude
