Commercial Panel Installer

About the Role American Insulated Panel is hiring a Panel Installer to join our field crew building walk-in coolers and freezers at commercial job sites across New England. This is hands-on construction work from start to finish — unloading material off the truck, building walls, ceilings, and floors from insulated panels, installing trim, and hanging cold storage doors including glass display doors, swing doors, and sliders. You'll use the tools of the trade: tape measure, chalk line, circular saw, impact driver, drill, caulking gun, and standard hand tools. Wall and ceiling work is performed at height on ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts - candidate must be comfortable working at heights. Work hours are typically 6 AM to 2 PM. Most jobs are day trips within New England — expect to travel roughly 30% of the year, with lodging and per diem covered when overnight stays are required. About Us American Insulated Panel is a Taunton, MA based manufacturer and installer of walk-in coolers and freezers. We build our panels in-house and self-perform all installation. Our clients include grocery stores, restaurants, and food production facilities throughout New England.
