Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled foreman in both Spray Foam and Blown in fiberglass to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and insulation techniques, with the ability to work effectively in various environments. This role involves installing insulation materials in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring energy efficiency and comfort for occupants. A solid understanding of schematics and mechanical systems is essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Install insulation materials in walls, ceilings, attics, and floors according to specifications and building codes. Read and interpret schematics to determine insulation requirements for different projects. Fabricate insulation components as needed to fit specific areas or structures. Collaborate with carpenters and other tradespeople to ensure proper installation of insulation within building frameworks. Perform concrete finishing tasks as required, ensuring a smooth and level surface for insulation application. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and guidelines. Assist with roof insulation projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards during installation. Will be responsible for driving truck and trailer to job sites daily in all weather conditions - needs to be comfortable backing a truck with trailer up. MUST have a clean driving record and pass drug test Qualifications Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of building systems. Ability to read and understand schematics related to construction projects. Experience with frame carpentry is beneficial for effective installation practices. Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions.
