Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Attic Insulation Technician to join our dynamic insulation team. In this vital role, you will oversee the installation of insulation in attics, walls and crawl spaces, ensuring energy efficiency and optimal building performance. As a leader on site, you will coordinate with team members, interpret work orders and schematics, and uphold safety standards while delivering high-quality craftsmanship. Your expertise will help homeowners and contractors achieve superior insulation solutions that stand the test of time. Duties Perform attic insulation installation projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion Train newer attic insulation installers by working along side them to complete projects. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to install various types of insulation materials such as fiberglass, spray foam, cellulose, or foam board Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow and adherence to project plans Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to verify proper insulation coverage, sealing, and compliance with safety standards Maintain detailed documentation of work performed, materials used, and site conditions for project records Requirements Proven experience in insulation work with a focus on insulation installation. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., utility knives, tape measures) and power tools (e.g., drills, saws) Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various environments; comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces when necessary Valid chauffers driver's license with a clean driving record Join us if you're passionate about delivering top-tier insulation solutions!
