• Pay:

• $20 - $38 per hour (depending on experience)

Position Overview:

• As a Spray Foam Installer/Crew Member, you'll assist with residential and commercial insulation projects. This role involves physical work, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

• Responsibilities:

• Assist with setup and operation of spray foam equipment Apply spray foam insulation to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces Prepare and clean job sites before and after work Follow safety guidelines and company procedures Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently 

• Qualifications:

• Construction or spray foam experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various environments Valid driver's license required Willingness to travel to job sites as needed
