Job Description
Catch-It Wildlife & Pest Control, Inc. is a fast growing animal and pest control firm looking towards continued expansion in the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas. After we remove the problem animals we will remove the contaminated attic insulation and install new attic insulation for our customers. We are always seeking energetic, self-motivated individuals that have construction or attic insulation installation experience. We prefer people with a superior work ethic, positive attitude, don't mind getting hot and dirty, and ability to give excellent customer. Equal opportunity employer. Prefer People that understand our vision, values, goals and systems. Able to install attic insulation. Gonna be hot sometimes. Have to understand this. Minor carpentry work is a plus. Basic use of power tools is a plus as well. Feed attic insulation in blowing machine. Keep area and truck clean. Clean up after insulation is in customers attic. Ability to lift and move heavy items. Willing to work overtime when necessary. Construction or insulation experience is preferred. Training We will train the right individual. But prefer someone with experience. Work Style If you want to work outdoors, can handle a fair amount of independence, this may be the career for you. You will work weekends as needed. Our services are required year round, but peak in the spring and fall with the change of seasons when customers are looking to weatherize their homes. Requirements Possess a valid driving record. Show a stable work history. Work independently and as part of a team. Be comfortable working in a variety of environmental conditions and confined spaces. Possess the physical ability to setup, use and work off of 24 foot+ extension ladders. Pass a pre-employment drug test, motor vehicle, and criminal background check.
