Job Description

Take Pride Insulation is seeking an Insulation Installation Technician. Take Pride Insulation is the Gallatin Valley's premier, locally-owned insulation company. Our crews are friendly, the work is dynamic, and there are always opportunities for advancement in pay and responsibilities. You will be trained to obtain proficiency in the trade. You will work on crews of 2-6 members, installing fiberglass batt insulation and spray foam insulation in new, residential, and light commercial construction projects. This is a technical job that requires your attention to detail and offers the reward of progress within a team of professionals. A clean driver's license is preferred. You may be responsible for driving company vehicles to job sites. •
Note:
Take Pride is a Division 7 company - thermal and moisture protection. We do not do plumbing nor mechanical insulation.
Typical Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7 am-4:30 pm, with a break for lunch (40+ hours per week) Meet at the shop in Belgrade Travel to and from all job sites Work is primarily in Bozeman, Belgrade, and Big Sky Occasional travel to other SW Montana regions Consistent work throughout the year Task work: Loading and traveling to job sites: materials, ladders, scaffolding, etc.
Prepping:
can-foaming, stapling, attic-space venting (installing cardboard and Styrofoam baffle vents in roofing eaves)
Installing:
fiberglass batt insulation, plastic vapor barriers, assisting with polyurethane spray foam installation Cleaning up: sweeping, garbage disposal, loading out gear and materials Maintenance and custodial duties: insulating equipment, shop spaces, trucks, etc. Occasional interfacing with clients and project managers for on-site work coordination Video examples:
