Aside from being part of the Industry Leading Insulation Company in the FM area, Cullen is also the regions only Owens Corning Certified Energy Expert! We offer competitive compensation and benefits as well as getting Owens certified training to become a Certified Energy Expert !Duties/Responsibilities:
In this role, you will install blown-in cellulose, fiberglass, and spray foam insulation systems into walls, attics, basements, and crawl spaces.Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED certificate preferred but not required Previous construction experience preferred Previous Insulation experience a plus Clean Driving record a plus, with potential additional compensation on starting wage Ability to obtain a DOT medical card upon hire a plusPhysical Requirements:
Comfort using hand tools, power tools, and ladders May stand for long periods of time Climb ladders, scaffolds, or poles Bend or twist their body Kneel, stoop, crouch, or crawlWorking Conditions:
Often wear protective suits, masks, and respirators Often work indoors, but may on occasion work outdoors Are often exposed to loud and distracting sounds and noise levels Are on occasion exposed to high places Often travel to and from work sites in a truck or van May work in very bright or dim lighting conditions May work physically near other installers Benefits, eligible after 60 days: Medical & Dental- Employer Paid Vision Short and Long term disability
